Fee policy:
AYBS Inc, has the following policy for registration fees. All fees MUST be paid in full before May 15th for the kids to be eligible for any post season play. If not paid online, we will need a payment agreement be filled out with the league Treasurer.

Refund policy:
AYBS Inc, offers the following refund policy if a child is withdrawn from baseball or softball.
If the player withdraws or quits before team selection (DRAFT), a 100%* Refund will be provided (minus a $10 administrative fee).
If the player withdraws or quits after team selection (DRAFT) and prior to the first scheduled game, a 50%* Refund will be provided (minus a $10 administrative fee).
If the player withdraws or quits after the first scheduled game, NO Refund will be allowed.
*The $3 Service Fee charged by our website provider is NOT refundable.
